1. Open Settings > Accounts & Passwords
2. Select Add Account
3. Select Other
4. Select Add Mail Account
5. Name = you name
Email = your phone extension number @voicemail.columbiabasin.edu
Password = your voicemail password
Description = CBC Voicemail (or whatever name you want to use)
6. Click Next
7. Under INCOMING MAIL SERVER:
Host Name = voicemail.columbiabasin.edu
User Name = phone extension number
Password should autofill to your voicemail password you entered above
Under OUTGOING MAIL SERVER:
Host Name = owa.columbiabasin.edu
Leave username & password blank
8. Click Next
9. Phone will say Verifying at the top. This may take up to 10 minutes to complete.
10. Once verified, this screen will display. Select Save.
11. You will now be able to listen to voicemails by navigating to your mail app and selecting CBC Voicemail (or whatever name you entered) under Mailboxes.
