Purpose: Use this document as a reference for adding or updating emergency contact information in ctcLink.

Add Emergency Contact Information

Go to Employee Self Service

 

Click on the Personal Details tile

Click on the Emergency Contacts tile

The Emergency Contacts page displays

Select [+] to enter a new contact

Personal Details page add a new emergency contact 

The Emergency Contact pagelet displays

Enter the Contact Name

Select the Relationship from the drop-down menu

Select the Preferred button (only if this is the preferred method of contact by phone)

Select the Add Address button

The Address pagelet displays

 Select the Same as mine checkbox if address of contact is the same

 If address of contact is not the same, enter address information (optional)

Select the Done button.

Select the Add Phone Number button

Select the Same as mine checkbox if phone number of contact is the same

Select the Type from the drop-down menu

If Phone Number of contact is not the same, enter the new Phone Number

Select the Done button

Update Emergency Contact

From the Personal Details, select the Emergency Contacts tile

Select the existing Contact Name to update

Select a new Relationship option from the drop-down menu, if applicable

Select the Preferred button (only if this is the preferred method of contact by phone)

Select the existing Address [>] row to update​​​​​​​

Make applicable changes

Select the Done button​​​​​​​

Select the add [+] button in the Phone Numbers section to enter an additional Phone Number, if applicable

Update the Number if applicable

Delete Emergency Contact Information

From the Personal Details, select the Emergency Contacts tile
