Download and install the Guardian Secure Proctoring Browser
This is an article showing the steps for downloading and installing the Guardian Secure Proctoring Browser. If this is personal equipment, you will need admin rights or know your admin credentials to install. If this is CBC equipment, please contact the CBC TS Helpdesk for assistance.
Open a browser and navigate to the download URL - https://guardian.meazurelearning.com.
Click the "Windows" button where it shows "Download for Windows OS"
You will see the download of the GuardianBrowser begin
Once the download has finished you have a couple options
- You can click to open the file to start the installation where you saw the download status in the browser window.
- Or you can open your downloads folder and locate the guardian browser .exe file and double click to run the installer from there.
After install, the Guardian Browser should launch on it's own like so:
You have successfully installed the Guardian Browser. If at any point during the setup you are prompted for administrator credentials, you will need to provide those for your PC.
If this is a CBC owned device, please contact the TS Helpdesk for assistance installing the browser.
