DUO ReActivate Phone (Replace Phone)

After you have been enrolled in DUO you may get a new phone. In this case you can re-register your own device.  This method assumes you have retained your phone number, if not please contact the TS Help Desk @ x2353.

Install the DUO application from the Android or Apple Store.

If you are not at the DUO prompt, go to a link that will require MFA such as email.columbiabasin.edu

When you see the DUO Prompt, click "My Settings & Devices"

If you have your old phone, you can click "Send Me a Push"; if you do not, and have registered your new phone with your old number, click "Call Me"

Follow the instructions provided during the call.

Next to your Phone, Click "Device Options"

Click "Reactivate Duo Mobile"

Click "Call me" and Enter the 6 Digit code provided during the call.

Open the DUO application on your Phone

Select New to DUO

Follow the instructions on your phone and your computer screen to complete activation. If you are having issues please refer to the DUO Enrollment Knowledge Base article.
