Adding Documents to the ReadSpeaker TextAid Personal Library

Upload documents (PDF, Word, EPUB, PowerPoint, etc.) to your TextAid Personal Library so you can have TextAid read them aloud to you.

Click the Expand Menu button Expand Menu button if the menu is not expanded.

Click the Library button Library button.

On the Library menu, click Upload Document Upload Document button near the top of the screen.

Within the Library, click the Upload Document button.

Click the down arrow. Select the document's language from the drop-down menu.

From the New Document menu, select the document language.

Select the folder in which you wish to save the document. To create a new folder, use the Create Folder button Create Folder button before uploading your document (See above).

Either drag and drop the compatible document into the dialog box or click the Select Document button Select Document button.

Click the Upload button Upload button. A confirmation message saying "Document(s) added successfully!” is displayed.

Click the Close button Close button.


To open your document, select it from the list in the Personal TextAid Library.

Opening Documents in the ReadSpeaker TextAid Personal Library

Click the Expand Menu button Expand Menu button if the menu is not expanded.

Click the Library button Library button.

Click the folder containing the document you wish to have read from the list (if any). Click the document name from the list.

The list of folders is displayed: Folders are available when you click on the Library button.
