How to Download and Sign In to Zoom

Follow this procedure to download and install Zoom on your computer to host Zoom meetings. Note that you will only need to do this if you need to host Zoom meetings. You do not need to sign in to join someone else’s Zoom meeting.

  1. Go to https://zoom.us/support/download to download Zoom client (the download will automatically start, follow the prompts in your browser to run the installer)


     
  2. Once it’s installed, click “Sign In”.


     
  3. Click “Sign in with SSO”


     
  4. Enter columbiabasin in the domain field and click “Continue”


     
  5. You’ll be taken to the CBC sign-in page. Sign in with your regular CBC username and password (same one as used for your computer or email)


     
  6. Once signed in, you’ll be taken to the Zoom’s main screen. Use this screen to start or schedule your meeting.


     
  7. To verify you have a licensed account, click your account picture/initials in the top right corner of the Zoom window. You should see the word "LICENSED" shown next to your name:
