How to Forward Your CBC Email to Your Personal Email

This document is for use by CBC students only. Faculty and staff must only user their @columbiabasin.edu email account to contuct college business.

If you prefer to receive your CBC email on your personal (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) email account, you can set up email forwarding. This guide is primarily for students who wish to forward their student email, however faculty & staff can can forward their email too if they wish. Follow the steps below to forward your CBC email to your personal account:

1. Log in to your email at https://outlook.office.com/ using your CBC credentials (@columbiabasin.edu for faculty/staff and @students.columbiabasin.edu for students). If you don't remember your password, please go to columbiabasin.edu/resetpassword to reset it.
2. Once you're logged in, click the gear icon on the top right corner to bring up the Options panel:
   
    
3. Type "forwarding" in the search box and click on "Forwarding" option that comes up:
   
    
4. Check the box "Enable forwarding". Enter your personal email address where you'd like your student email to go, then click "Save".
   
    
5. You are done! From now on, your CBC email messages will be delivered to your personal account.
