How to setup student Email on iPhone/iPad

Follow this procedure to set up your student email on your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Tap "Settings" and open your Settings screen. Then tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".

  2. Tap "Add Account".

  3. When prompted for account type, select "Exchange".

  4. Enter your student email address and password. If you don't remember your email address or password, follow this link to view your student email address or change your email password: My Mail/Office 365.
    Enter "Student Email" in the "Description" field, and tap "Next".

  5. If asked for a server, type outlook.office365.com. Leave the "Domain" field blank.
    If you don't see this screen, just skip to the next step.

  6. Uncheck all options except "Mail". Then tap "Save".

  7. Your account is now added successfully and should be listed under "Accounts".

  8. You are done! To view your email, open the "Mail" app. "Student Email" should be listed under "Mailboxes" and your email messages will start syncing to your inbox.
