How do I forward/un-forward my phone?
A phone may be forwarded by picking up the phone, then dialing *2, followed by the 4-digit extension you wish to forward it to. The call forward feature may be cancelled by dialing the pound (#) sign, followed by 2 (#2).
How do I access my voicemail from someone else's phone?
Dial 2407 or *3 from any on-campus phone. Press star/astick (*) when prompted for your password and follow the prompts to enter your mailbox number (4-digit phone extension).
How do I check my voicemail from an off-campus phone?
Dial (509) 546-0407 and press pound (#). When prompted, enter your mailbox number (4-digit phone extension).
How do I call an on-campus number from my CBC phone?
Dial the four-digit extension.
How do I call a local off-campus number?
Dial 9, the area code followed by the seven-digit number.
How do I make domestic long-distance calls?
Contact Admin Services for a long distance code.
Dial 8, the area code followed by the seven-digit number. When you hear the tone, enter your assigned long distance code number.
How do I make International calls?
Contact Admin Services first to make sure your extension is configured for international calls.
To call a phone in another country from the US, dial 011, and then the code for the country you are calling, the area or city code, and the phone number. For example, if you are trying to call someone in Brazil (country code 55), in the city of Rio de Janeiro (city code 21), you would dial 011 - 55 - 21 - XXXX-XXXX.

How do I use the Conference feature?
Dial the first person you want to talk to. Once they're on the line, hit the "Conf" button on the phone and dial the second person, then hit "Conf" again to bring the first person back on the line.
How do I Transfer a call?
Hit the "Trnsfr" button on the phone, dial the number you want to transfer the call to, then hit transfer again. The display will say "Transfer Completed" and you can then hang up.
How do I change my voicemail password?
Dial 2407 or *3 from your on-campus phone. Enter password and pound (#). Press 5. Then press 4. Follow directions to enter new password followed by pound (#).
