User Guide for Adobe Creative Cloud Authentication

Login to Adobe Creative Cloud (required to use Adobe programs).

  1. If you see the windows in step 2, skip the search part of this step and just open Adobe Creative Cloud.  Click the search box/magnifying glass in the bottom left corner of the desktop, search for “Creative Cloud” and click Adobe Creative Cloud to start the software.

     
  2. Enter your CBC email below "Email Address" and Click "Continue"
  3. This will open the SSO page, type your CBC email address and password. then click the “sign in” button. This will be the same password you use to log into your computer.

     
  4. Once logged in, Creative Cloud may need to update. An “Updating Creative Cloud” or similar text may be seen in the application window. You can continue other activities while this update takes place.
     
  5. Adobe Creative Cloud will pop up after the update is complete.  Adobe Creative Cloud is now setup and you can close this window.
