If you are logging in to VDI for the first time and are not able to log in, you may need to reset your student email password. Please see below for those steps:
Reset student email password at https://columbiabasin.edu/resetpassword

Enter your captcha characters and click Next

Select “I forgot my password” and click Next

Select your preferred contact method:

Verify your account from the source you choose.
After you reset your password, log in to your VDI environment using your user name and your new password at the following link:
https://vlabsc.columbiabasin.edu/portal/
Use your user name ex. dduck (Not your email full email dduck@students.columbiabasin.edu )
