How to look up the Quarter Terms in Faculty Center

1. Sign into ctcLink and click on Faculty Center on the left side of the screen.

2. Go to your Contract Info page to review FWL contracts.

In ctcLink, term numbers are formatted as four-digit codes.

The first digit is always 2.

The second and third digits represent the last two digits of the calendar year, so for example, terms in 2025 will begin with 225.

The fourth digit indicates the academic quarter: 1 for Winter, 3 for Spring, 5 for Summer, and 7 for Fall. For instance, Winter 2025 is represented as 2251, Spring 2025 as 2253, Summer 2025 as 2255, and Fall 2025 as 2257.
