Use this form to submit a request for a guest account for one or more persons without a Columbia Basin College single sign-on account(s) whom you need to provide with access to the Canvas learning management system. This form may be used to request access for multiple persons; however, a new form must be completed for each “reason for guest access.” Please provide all required fields. For security purposes, a guest access end date must be specified. For third-party academic service providers and others who need continuing access to Canvas, please designate the last date of the quarter: we will inquire with you about renewals when the specified date approaches. Guest access credentials (username and password) will be emailed to you, the requester, to forward on to your designated guest(s), along with guest sign-in instructions.
