Canvas Course Access Extension Request

Complete one (1) form per student to set up extended access to a Canvas course—beyond the Canvas term end date—for the student and for yourself as instructor. This form is used in the case of incompletes and similar situations.

Canvas Term End Dates
Canvas term end dates are set based on the Columbia Basin College academic calendar. Canvas courses automatically conclude at 11:59 pm on the term end date and move to Past Enrollments. Thereafter, users have read-only access.
