How to remove the security question MFA option

1. Go to myaccount.ctclink.us ( NOT gateway.ctclink.us)

2. Login using your ctcLink credentials.  You may be asked to confirm using Multifactor authentication (MFA) options presented, please do so.

3. Choose the Password Settings tile

4. This presents your various MFA security options on the right side.  To remove the security question option, choose the remove button from the bottom right.

5. Confirm you wish to remove the question enrollment.

6. It should ask you to confirm your MFA security option again, go ahead and do so.

7. From here, just sign out and go back to gateway,ctclink.us for the usual experience.
